We use your information to provide and operate the service, generate study materials from your content, process payments and manage subscriptions, maintain your account, and communicate with you about the service. Your lecture content is used to generate your study materials and is associated with your account.
Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI (audio transcription), Anthropic (study material generation), and Stripe (payments). Content you submit may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the service. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual lectures at any time within the app. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@thelecturelab.com.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The service is intended for students and general users. If you are under the age of 18, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
